How can I track my order?
If you have an account you can track your order, just follow the steps below:
Log in to 'My Account' using your email address or customer number and password.
Select My Orders
Here you can view:
History of all your recent orders
Up to date parcel statuses
The delivery destination
TRACKING EMAILS
You will also receive tracking emails throughout the journey, which will detail how many parcels have been dispatched and include all of your delivery information.
