I haven't received my package yet.
You can check your tracking information on the order page. You may encounter the following two situations:
1. If the logistics have stucked in one place and haven't moved for a long time, you can contact the customer service by email. We will then contact the logistics company to solve this problem.
2. If your order page shows that the package has been delivered. Please double-check it and confirm if someone else might have received the package on your behalf? If you can't find it, you can contact the local post office with the tracking ID. Please contact us again if you are still unable to find it. After confirming that the package is lost, we will send you a replacement.
