My h2ofloss water flosser won't charge. What should I do?

Our product requires the use of our own charging cable and a 5V1A chageing head when being charged. Using a charging method with excessive power may damage the product. 

When your product fails to charge, Try a full reset by charging with a different cable and plug. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
