Package marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the package as "Delivered" but you claim it was not received, please contact your local post office and submit a claim within 3 business days. Without valid postal documentation, we are unable to offer refunds.

Please confirm if there is anyone from your family or neighbors who can sign for the delivery, or check if there are any packages in the parcel locker or at the property management office first.

If you still can not find it , you can contact the local post office to file a record and provide a written proof of non-receipt of the goods (including the tracking number, a statement of non-receipt, and the post office's signature and seal). We will conduct verification and resolve the issue for you. We will not process the refund if the proof is not provided to us within three working days
