Will all my items be delivered together?
In most cases, your whole order will be delivered at the same time. The following exceptions apply:
- lDelayed Items
Delayed items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. If you have an account, you can track the progress of your order by going to 'My Account' and selecting ‘Order Tracking’ on the left-hand side, under "Account Options".
When your item becomes available for dispatch, we will email you so you can track your order.
- Items in different warehouses
If all the products you purchase are not in the same warehouse, we will deliver them separately. They will be shipped at the same time. You can also see the split orders and the tracking information for all the packages on your order interface.
