How often should I replace the nozzle?
Every 3–4 months for optimal hygiene and performance.
Is h2ofloss safe for sensitive gums or dental work?
Yes, our adjustable pressure levels make it safe for sensitive gums, braces, implants, and crowns.
Can I use the flosser while it’s charging?
For safety reasons,do not use the flosser while charging. Wait until charging is complete before operating the device.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time varies based on weather and shipping locations.Usually it takes 5-7 days, excluding holidays. You can also enter the tracking number on the shipping partner's site.

Package marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows the package as "Delivered" but you claim it was not received, please contact your local post office and submit a claim within 3 business days. Without valid postal documentation, we are unable to offer refunds.
Please confirm if there is anyone from your family or neighbors who can sign for the delivery, or check if there are any packages in the parcel locker or at the property management office first.
If you still can not find it ,
You need to contact the local post office to file a record and provide a written proof of non-receipt of the goods (including the tracking number, a statement of non-receipt, and the post office's signature and seal). We will conduct verification and resolve the issue for you. We will not process the refund if the proof is not provided to us within three working days.

How do I clean and maintain the device?
Rinse the water tank after each use, clean the nozzles regularly, and perform monthly deep cleaning with a vinegar solution.
My flosser isn’t holding a charge. What should I do?
Try a full reset by charging with a different cable and plug. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please emailsupport@h2ofloss.comwith your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll ship a replacement or offer a refund.

We offer a seven-day no-questions-asked return policy. Products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
Please note that products must be in their original, unopened packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and materials, and remain undamaged
When will I receive my refund?
If your refund is approved, If your refund has been approved, it will be returned to your original account within 3-5 business days.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@h2ofloss.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and refund the payment to your original payment method within 3 days.
